Friday, 1st January, 2016

And so begins the year of bones! The first three days are fasting, so I'm going to attempt a water fast. If needed, I will resort to a liquid fast, though I'm hoping I won't need to at all.

So far I'm almost halfway through the day and not a single calorie has passed my lips! I've been keeping busy, updating TYOB spreadsheets, re-writing up low calorie recipes in my new recipe book, and organising my new, tidy, organised room.

My parents will be home after lunchtime, so I'm just hoping I can get away with skipping dinner....
