So, it's been a while.... I've been bingeing for the past few months and I said I'd try'n eat healthier and recover....

I guess 1,000kcal a day is a start, right? 

So yeah I'm gonna try staying at that limit for a while, but I would prefer to be lower.... Bearing in mind I've probably eaten half a years worth of food in just three months...

I did well! Just about there I'd say, good for a first attempt at not bingeing! I did have a few cheeky snacks (the Biltong and the wheat crispies) but I just factored that in at dinner time, and it's an improvement that I recorded everything I ate.

Let's hope tomorrow is just as good if not better.
