I've decided to stick with routine today, and just order a side salad at the restaurant tonight. That'll definitely be under 200kcal, so I'll be well within the limits for today.
I did quickly jump on the scale this morning... I have literally lost nothing...
At least the gym is open today, I'm going to check it out after work tomorrow and, if I like the atmosphere and feel comfortable, I'll start planning my work out days.
