ABC

# THIS ABC DIET ATTEMPT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO PERSONAL/FAMILY ISSUES #

So I figured since I usually average about 300-500kcal a day, that I should give the ABC diet a shot, so here goes!

I've done it all in one blog to make it easier.

Back To Ed's World

SOoooooo I'm back into restricting again! It feels great to have that sense of control back, idk why I ever relinquished it!

Now, I haven't REALLY been counting calories yet, just doing by weight atm as I'm still doing this group weight loss thing.. but I'm doing pretty good at restricting again, with most days being below 1,000 calories when I work it all out! From bingeing to under 1,000 cold turkey is pretty damn good if I say so!

So yeah, welcome back Mr Ed.

UPDATE

So I am super DUPER fat now! Yay!

I'm currently on a medical program for obese people.... It's a little bit like Weight Watchers or some shit...

If that doesn't help, then I'm rebooting The Year Of Bones as of January 1st 2018.

I mean, I won't lie. It's pretty nice to be able to eat what I want without too much shit in my head. But at the same time, I want to go back. I miss what I used to be..

I'm meant to be waiting until next year, but it's so difficult because I want to restrict NOW.

Anyway. Not much of an update but hey ho.

Okay, I have just under 3 months to lose as much weight as possible. I'm going to try liquid fasting for that whole time.

RULES:
> The food must be mostly liquid-based - ie. Soup with chopped veg in is okay
> Liquids permitted include but are not subject to; soup, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, yogurt, milk, water, fruit juice, bottled drinks, alcohol, baby food, stew
> Yogurts must be under 150kcal per portion
> Soups must be under 200kcal per tin
> Bottled Drinks must be under 50kcal per bottle
> Hot Chocolate must be under 50kcal per drink
> Fruit Juice is limited to 1 x 250ml glass per day
> Stew must be served in a small bowl with mostly stock
