Hey there. So this is my blog- uh, accountability..... It's just where I document my food intake and feelings. Feel free to read through, it's not wildly interesting, but you might like to know that you're not the only fuck up who crams donuts into their face while watching Supersize vs Superskinny haha...
I don't usually share my past with people, but I've been out of therapy for a while now, and I'm losing the will to live by not having a place to release my emotions and thoughts. I know a lot of people won't want to hear the boring details of my pitiful existence, so I've separated the blog up.
- The main Blog will be where I share my thoughts and feelings. I need somewhere to let it all out..
- The Rant Room will be a place where I can really let things out. TW here for swearing, touchy topics etc
- From The Beginning will be as much detail as I can bare to share about my life up until now, if you care about that stuff.
- Recipes will be a place for me to digitally store recipes I collect. These will NOT necessarily be my own recipes so, where possible, I will add credit/links to where/who I found it from
- TYOB is a diet I created to last a full 365 day year. It is a mixture of all sorts of different diets one after the other. I will be attempting this in 2018
- ABC is where I will document what I've eaten during my current attempt at the ABC Diet (Started 11th July 2017)
- Anything else I add, I'll detail here on the first page so you know what everything is.
